Cars in German Town Discovered Smeared with Swastikas in Blood, Law Enforcement State

Authorities stated they were contacted by a individual who found a vehicle in Hanau smeared with reddish substance

Around 50 automobiles have been marked with what appears to be human bodily fluid in the Germany's town of Hanau close to Frankfurt, according to authorities.

Cars, building surfaces and postboxes were marked, sometimes with prohibited symbols, they stated in a official communication.

Police report they were notified in the late hours on Wednesday night, when a resident observed that a car in the Lamboy neighborhood of Hanau had been marked with a reddish fluid.

The substance had been drawn in the pattern of a Nazi symbol, they reported.

Officers then discovered many other vandalized vehicles and building exteriors in the surrounding area.

Nazi symbols are banned in Germany under legislation banning the public exhibition of symbols from the Nazi era.

Officials report early analysis suggest the liquid was likely human bodily fluid.

"At present there remains no lead as to where it came from; officials are not yet cognizant of any physical harm in connection with the incident," they commented.

Municipal representatives stated they were trying "to unravel the incident" and have requested to the public for details.

An important representative said the vandalism left him stunned and required to be resolved rapidly.

"This act affects the center of Hanau and revives the wounds of the right-wing attack in 2020," he posted on a platform, recalling the killing of nine people by a shooter aiming at residents of migrant background in 2020.
